Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at forcepartsindustries@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If the issue is due to our error, you will receive a full refund. See our Warranty page for details on coverage.

Returns for other reasons

If you return an item for a reason that is not our error (for example, ordering the wrong part or changing your mind), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom products

Custom or modified products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you will need your proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
